RDA Advisory
This May we held our Spring ROP Registered Dental Assistant Advisory Committee Meeting. Our Advisory Committees play a crucial role in the success of our programs, helping to ensure that it meets the needs of its students and the industries they seek to enter. Advisory members offer insights into industry trends and emerging technologies, as well as provide feedback on curriculum development and instructional strategies. This can help ensure that the program remains relevant and up-to-date, and that graduates have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their chosen field. Thank you to the following for participating!
Welding Community Classroom Students in our Professional Welding Academy are currently participating in the "Community classroom," a component of our programs that provides students with on-the-job training experiences at sites in the field. Correlating classroom instruction with regularly scheduled, supervised and planned work-based learning, this type of experience supports students in preparing for a successful transition into the workplace. We are thankful to Tink Inc Manufacturing in Durham and Earthen Iron in Chico for providing these experiences to our students!
